Absolutely not. The club was started in Vistancia, but has never been about being exclusive to Vistancia residents. We have people from all over Arizona attend our events, and people from all over the country following us online and through our social media channels.

The idea came about in August of 2020, and our first “Cars and Coffee” event was held in October of 2020. Our first event had around 20 cars participate, and within just a few short months our events had reached just shy of 100. We’re now regularly seeing 300 in 2023/2024.

There are no displaying vehicle fees or membership dues. The best way to become a member would be to join and introduce yourself on our Facebook group (Link at the bottom of the page) or come on out to our next event and introduce yourself there. You can always find info on our upcoming events here or on our social media accounts.

There are plenty of formal car shows around the valley that do that. At those shows politics and favoritism in judging are commonplace. And when they are not, it’s still often assumed or implied. We intentionally avoid those things to keep the environment at our events very laid back and more community focused.

Everything is strictly donation and volunteer based. Chris and Kyle volunteer their time and resources to put on our events, make sure we stay compliant with the parking lot owners and keep the outreach going. Others, like music DJ’s donate their time and resources to make sure we have great music during our events (Feel free to tip that guy).The food trucks come out to our events with no guaranteed income. It’s vitally important to support them so that they keep coming back.

Just get with Kyle or Chris and let one of them know that you would like to volunteer your services, and in what capacity. Particularly if you think you can add value or another aspect to what we are currently doing at our events. If you cannot donate time or effort, you can always make a monetary donation to the club below or purchase a VCC T-Shirt at our next event.
